Now here is the cool part! There was no way I was going to cut a hole in the bottom of the fuselage for cooling. It would completely throw off the scale appearance in the air. I tried several alternative ways of cooling the engine with less than satifactory results. I came up with this. Using the fan that is attached to the engine as instructed I built a chamber in the bottom of the fuselage which directs the airflow through a duct on either side of the chamber. Ther air is vented out the hole in rear landing gear bulk heads. The G260 also seems to run a bit cooler than the G230.

You can also see the sound proofing foam which lines the entire inside of the fuselage.
